Leaders in supplying historic gum
We are the world’s largest supplier of locust bean gum, and our plant is located in Southern Sicily, the heart of the carob tree-growing area. The use of locust bean gum has been traced to ancient Egypt. It is a galactomannan that is also known as carob gum, carob bean gum, Saint John’s bread or carubin.
