Our approach

1. The highest minimum

Our manufacturing facilities are certified to meet the Global Food Safety Initiative standards (reference Food Safety Credentials) with several also certified to the international quality standard ISO 9000 in regions or for products where this is required by our customers . We follow well-established but continuously improving processes and procedures to make sure we follow these standards.

2. Supply chain standards

A combination of focused teamwork and rigorous measurement of results drives our culture of continuous improvement, and helps us meet and even exceed our customers’ expectations.

3. Quality management systems

We’ve invested and continue to invest heavily in our quality management systems, people and technology so that we achieve the highest possible quality across the board.
Our Global Quality Policy
  1. Ensure compliance to applicable laws and legislation in the country of production and sale.

  2. Ensure all products placed on sale meet current food safety standards, including allergen control, and quality standards.

  3. Ensure there is a clear understanding and communication of customer needs and expectations via documented SLAs while ensuring compliance to agreed requirements.

  4. Provide timely and effective responses and corrective actions in response to customer concerns in line with agreed documented and communicated SLAs.

  5. Do things right the first time, every time.

  6. Strive for 10/10 customer satisfaction in line with our Winning and Growing Together with Customers' journey.

  7. Ensure there is a clear understanding of the responsibility of every employee toward the quality and food safety of our products and services and our agreed SLAs.

  8. Continuously improve the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of all functions and processes through policies, procedures and our Continuous Improvement programs with emphasis on measurable results. 

  9. Through training and teamwork, provide an environment where all employees can deliver high quality outputs.

  10. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for products and services that match our internal standards.

  11. Utilise risk based approaches to remain at the forefront of emerging trends.
