We’re also part of the local communities where we live and work, and we want everyone in those communities to have the opportunity to achieve their potential.
We have set ourselves three targets to build thriving communities by 2030
We are committed to building stronger, healthier and more tolerant and inclusive communities where we work and live, focusing on those areas where we can make the most difference. That’s why we are pleased to continue to make good progress towards our 2030 targets.
✓ Since 2020, we have provided 5.1 million nutritious meals for people in need. We are now working to increase that to 7 million nutritious meals by 20301.
✓ Since 2020, we have supported the education of 95,000 children and young people . We are now working to increase that figure to 125,000 by 20301.
✓ We have 45% women in leadership roles aiming to maintain a target range of between 45% and 55% up to 20302.
