Developed at our Gemacom Tech laboratories in Brazil, each formula is tested and adapted for your specific product line, providing optimum results for your food and beverage portfolio. TECGEM® Stabiliser Systems can be used in a variety of products, including powdered milk and chocolate drinks, jams and fruit toppings, yoghurts and dairy products, processed meats and cheeses, juices, breads, biscuits and cakes and in traditional Brazilian milk caramel spread (doce de leite).
