The STAMIST® Starch line is used in beverages, sauces, and dressings to provide emulsifying. This line of cook-up starches is produced from corn. There are 2 starches in this line of products which vary in viscosity.
STAMIST® 365 Starch
STAMIST® 365 Starch is an emulsifier produced from corn which is used in fat-containing sauces and dressings. This starch stabilises oil droplets after cooking.

STAMIST® 7415 Starch
STA-MIST™ 7415 Starch is an emulsifier produced from corn which is used in beverage emulsions. This starch stabilizes oil droplets after cooking and is low in viscosity, enabling formation of small oil droplets during emulsification.
