Tate & Lyle PLC (Tate & Lyle) announces that Vivid Sehgal, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Company on 31 December 2021 for personal reasons. Vivid is stepping down from the Board today and will remain as Chief Financial Officer until the end of the year to support an orderly transition.
