December begins with a trip to Food Ingredients (FI) Europe & Natural Ingredients Europe, in Paris, France, and we at Tate & Lyle couldn’t be more excited to be there!
Did you know that in the past 5 years, the number of product launches containing stevia sweeteners have risen by 16 per cent in Europe, and by 27 per cent in Middle East and Africa in foods and beverages?
From the 3-5 December 2019, along with our stevia partner Sweet Green Fields (SGF), Tate & Lyle will be hosting a booth highlighting our best-in-class stevia portfolio. We will be demonstrating our extensive experience in delivering sugar and calorie reduction solutions to visiting food formulators.
Together with SGF, we will be emphasising our formulation expertise and combinatorial know-how, as well as our global and regional expertise, and global supply chain, all based on our comprehensive knowledge of food categories and consumer food trends.
Visitors to stand 6C12 at FIE will be able to taste a range of prototypes utilising our stevia sweetener range, as well as our stevia-based natural flavours like ZOLESSE™ Natural Flavour in dairy, beverage and confectionery products.
If you’re stopping by our stand, you may be able to try not only an orange carbonated soft drink featuring ZOLESSE™ Natural Flavour, but also a sugar reduced strawberry yoghurt with INTESSE Stevia™ 2.0 with a 35% calorie reduction as well as a sugar-reduced ketchup made with OPTIMIZER™ Stevia 3.10, PROMITOR® Soluble Fibre and HAMULSION® Stabiliser System, among others.
