Steve is Group Chief Executive of Croda International Plc and Industry co-Chair of the Chemistry Council. He joined Croda International Plc as a graduate trainee in 1990 and during his career with the company has held a number of senior management positions, including President of Croda Europe from 2010, at which time he was appointed to the board, and Group Chief Executive from 2012. His considerable strategic and operational leadership experience is of significant benefit to the Tate & Lyle Board.
