Tate & Lyle Americas business named one of Newsweek’s 2026 Greatest Workplaces for Entry‑Level Employees.

Hoffman Estates, Chicago, US, April 30, 2026 – Tate & Lyle, a global leader in ingredient solutions for healthier food and beverages, is pleased to announce that Tate & Lyle’s North American business has been recognised in Newsweek’s 2026 Greatest Workplaces for EntryLevel Employees list.

This marks the company’s first appearance in the annual ranking and places Tate & Lyle’s North American Business among 1,000 U.S. companies, and one of fewer than 50 in food and drink manufacturing, acknowledged for creating positive workplace experiences for professionals.

The list is compiled independently by Newsweek’s research partner, Plant-A Insights Group, based on feedback from U.S. employees who are in the 18-28 age range and are classified as entry-level employees.

Independent benchmarking conducted alongside the recognition shows Tate & Lyle performing strongly compared with industry peers. The company outperformed the industry average in fostering a positive working environment, with 71% of employees aged 18 to 24 expressing satisfaction, compared with 65% across the sector. Nearly three in four employees in this age bracket (74%) also rated the company highly for work life balance, exceeding the food and beverage manufacturing industry average of 64%.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and engaging workplace where colleagues can thrive,” said Tamsin Vine, Tate & Lyle’s Chief People Officer. “We are proud that our people see Tate & Lyle as a place where they can build meaningful careers while maintaining balance and wellbeing.”

“Building a great workplace is directly linked to how we serve our customers and grow our business,” said Didier Viala, President, Americas, Tate & Lyle. “Our entry level colleagues bring fresh thinking, energy and capability to our world-class workforce, and we are committed to giving them the development, support and opportunities they need to make a real impact from day one.”

The Newsweek Greatest Workplaces rankings are not open for company applications. Instead, they are based solely on employee driven data and research, providing an independent snapshot of workplace experiences across industries.
