Kim Faulkner
Kim Faulkner joined Tate & Lyle in August 2025 as our Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Kim brings extensive international supply chain and leadership experience from Colgate-Palmolive, where she held a variety of senior roles across the UK, Australia, China, and Latin America. Over the course of her career with Colgate, which began in 1998, she served in positions including Vice President, Global Demand, Systems, Analytics & eCommerce; Vice President, Latin America End-to-End Supply Chain; and Director of Manufacturing for China. Most recently, she was Colgate’s Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring ethical behaviour and compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct, laws and regulations worldwide.
Kim and her team ensure the safe, efficient and sustainable running of our global production facilities, where we make our ingredients and solutions.
Kim holds an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania, US, and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland, US.
She is passionate about inclusion and diversity, as well as mentoring emerging talent and volunteering. In her spare time, Kim enjoys travelling—having visited close to 80 countries—as well as crafts, photography, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog Riley.
