Nutrition Research Scientist
Katie is passionate about advancing health through nutrition research, focusing on the benefits of fibres. At Tate & Lyle, Katie leads global studies that explore how our ingredients can improve well-being and support healthier lifestyles. Katie’s work supports innovative nutrition-related solutions that meet our customers' needs. Katie holds a PhD in nutrition from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Nutrition and Public Health from the University of Bristol and is an AfN Registered Nutritionist. Before joining Tate & Lyle, she was a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds and King’s College London.
