This is Didier. He joined our Executive Committee in November 2024 with the acquisition of CP Kelco, as Chief Solutions Development Officer. A year later, Didier was appointed President, Americas and is responsible for running our business in the Americas including the region’s growth strategy, sales, marketing, applications/technical services.
Didier was President of CP Kelco from 2017- 2024. Prior to that, over the course of more than 25 years with CP Kelco and its predecessor companies, Didier held leadership roles across a broad spectrum of critical areas, including innovation, marketing, business development, operations, sales and distribution. He began his career at Merck & Co in 1991, gaining expertise in various sectors, including food and personal care.
He received his Executive Certificate in Business Management from HEC Paris (École des Hautes études Commerciales de Paris) and holds a degree in Food Science and Chemical Engineering from AgroParisTech in France.
True to his French roots, Didier can’t resist a nice cheese board with a fresh baguette!
