The Statement below sets out the steps that Tate & Lyle PLC has taken to ensure that slavery, forced and child labour and human trafficking is not taking place in any of our supply chains or in any part of our business, for the financial year ended 31st March 2024, pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, the Australia Modern Slavery Act and Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
