(London, UK) 22nd September, 2017 - Tate & Lyle PLC (“Tate &Lyle”), a leading global provider of food ingredients and solutions, will once again be offering a range of delicious culinary creations at this year’s Gulfood Manufacturing trade show in Dubai (31st October – 2nd November).
Based at stand S3-B24, Tate & Lyle will have a significant presence at the region’s biggest food and beverage manufacturing trade show for the fourth year running, with a special prototype menu inspired by the latest trends and the company’s most recent innovations and portfolio expansions.
Matching market trends and customer needs
This year, Tate & Lyle will showcase a selection of prototypes demonstrating tailored ingredient solutions for a range of product categories; from dairy desserts to soups, sauces and condiments, and from baked goods to snacks and fresh beverages.
The prototypes were developed with sugar and calorie reduction, fibre enrichment and fat content reduction in mind, as well as cost optimisation, shelf life extension and cleaner labelling. Visitors will learn about Tate & Lyle’s extensive portfolio of high quality ingredients; this time focused on sweeteners, texturants, fibres, and its special customised solutions. Benefiting from decades of formulation expertise and an innovative pipeline of ingredients, Tate & Lyle is presenting product solutions that address consumer needs, and showcasing its large footprint of expertise and experience in the Middle East.
Tate & Lyle has recently formed a partnership with Sweet Green Fields, to distribute their unique range of stevia sweeteners, and also, growing our ingredient portfolio and providing even more tools for our applications teams to create excellent tasting reduced calorie and reduced sugar products.
