Once again, experts from Tate & Lyle will be attending the International Food Technologists’ 2019 Annual Meeting and Food Expo (IFT), this year held at the New Orleans’ Morial Convention Center, US, from 2-5 June.
We will be hosting two booths at next month’s IFT expo, joining professionals from around the world in conversations around food and beverage ingredients, nutrition, food safety, sustainability, and more.
Our main booth will feature three food samples where attendees can see and taste our ingredients and solutions in action. Here they can experience:
- An iced latte with almond milk with reduced sugar and reduced calories, containing DOLCIA PRIMA® Allulose, TASTEVA® M sweetener, ZOLESSE™ Natural Flavour and one of our stabiliser systems.
- A Dutch speculoos sandwich cookie with reduced sugar and a good source of fibre, containing PROMITOR® Soluble Fibre, DOLCIA PRIMA® Allulose, STA-LITE® III Polydextrose, and MIRA-CLEER® 787 Instant Starch.
- Baked coated peanuts with seasoning, containing X-PAND’R® 305 Corn Starch, REDISOL® 78D Modified Starch, PROMITOR® Soluble Fibre.
Delegates will also be able to find us at our designated allulose booth, where our experts will be on hand to talk about the FDA’s recent allulose ruling and demonstrate our expertise in the area, as well as hand out samples of a reduced sugar and reduced calorie chewy caramel, featuring our DOLCIA PRIMA® Allulose.
