Ideal for low-calorie formulae 

A non-sweet polysaccharide, STA-LITE® Polydextrose is an ideal bulking agent for reduced-sugar and reduced-fat formulations. Over the past two decades, STA-LITE® Polydextrose has been studied extensively and has proven its performance and reliability.

You can achieve a 37% calorie reduction by replacing full-calorie ingredients in ice cream with STA-LITE® Polydextrose and SPLENDA® Sucralose, and achieve excellent smoothness and flavour-perception.
