Resistant Starch is a native starch and insoluble fiber which acts as a pre-biotic. It can be easily integrated into existing formulations without changing taste or texture as it has a neutral taste and imparts no colour.

Our resistant starch retains its fiber content and structure at higher temperatures of up to 150oC and it’s low water-holding abilities make it ideal for baked product formulations, without compromising taste and texture.
