In addition to great taste, SODA-LO® Salt Microspheres provides the necessary functionality of salt. SODA-LO® Salt Microspheres tastes, labels and functions like salt because it is salt. 

The patented all-natural technology behind SODA-LO® Salt Microspheres turns standard sea salt crystals into free-flowing hollow microspheres. These hollow microspheres are much smaller than regular salt crystals but deliver big flavour, providing clean salt taste with up to 50% less sodium.
