MULTIVANTAGE™ Syrup is a low viscosity and low sugar corn syrup. MULTIVANTAGE™ Syrup (MVS) can help reduce the overall sugar content of food and beverage products, while maintaining the flavour and texture of traditional corn syrup. While other reduced corn syrups are viscous and can cause production issues, MULTIVANTAGE™ Syrup provides lower sugar content and retains low viscosity during production. Using a patented production technology, MVS has a 15% mono and disaccharides sugar content on a dry solid basis improving functionality. When formulating with MULTIVANTAGE™ Syrup no new equipment is required, enabling easy formulation.
