Our non-GMO MERIGEL® Starch is produced from maize. These starches thicken when added to cold or warm water and are excellent texturing agents for cold processed and instant foods. Our range of MERIGEL® Starches provide a variety of product textures, from smooth, to short, to pulpy, depending on the requirement of the product. 

Our MERIGEL® starch range is suitable for use in sponge cakes, baked snacks, coated nuts, cereals, and cold-processed fillings, sauces, and dressings.
