Tate & Lyle offers graduates several opportunities for training and development, many of which are available soon after joining the company. During the first few years of a career with Tate & Lyle, graduates consistently learn new skills and develop new abilities. 

As graduates progress in the organization, they regularly take part in reviews and assessments, as well as personalized development plans, to develop strengths and identify areas for further improvement.  After just three years with the company, high performing graduates can begin to pursue a career with a more international and general management focus through the tools we use to identify and develop the future leaders of Tate & Lyle.

The International development path provides outstanding, high-potential performers with the critical experiences necessary to take on senior roles in the future. Candidates accepted into the program follow a carefully managed development path for 4-6 years, which includes challenging roles, accelerated learning activities, international assignments and close mentoring.
